Rev. Dr. Brian Lee

Title: Headmaster

Rev. Dr. Brian Lee is the Senior Pastor of the English Congregation of New Covenant Fellowship Church since 2021. He graduated from Washington Bible College in 2005 and received his Master of Arts in Christian Counseling and Discipleship from Capital Bible Seminary in 2007. In 2021, he earned his Doctor of Ministry in Ministry Leadership from Liberty University. Pastor Brian and his wife, Katelynn, have two beautiful children, Reina and Ryan.

Eun Juster

Titles: Principal, Preschool Director

Mrs. Juster holds a master’s degree in Biblical Counseling from Regent University. Her journey at FCS began two decades ago, when her own son enrolled in the preschool program and sparked her passion for early childhood education. Over the years, she served as a prekindergarten and elementary teacher and was later advanced to assistant principal. In 2022, Mrs. Juster embraced the role of principal, a position through which she feels truly blessed to work closely with children and families in the FCS community.

Eunice Chung

Titles: Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Director

Mrs. Chung holds a master’s degree in Atmospheric and Environmental Science from Pusan National University. She previously worked as a statistician at the Cancer Center of Howard University Hospital. She joined FCS in 2009 and was promoted to Assistant Director in 2010. In 2017, she became the Director of Operations, and she currently serves as the Chief Finance Officer.
