Eun Juster
Titles: Preschool Director, Principal
Mrs. Juster holds a master’s degree in Christian counseling from Regent University. She has served as a Children’s Ministry Director at a local church and has 18 years of experience at FCS. Her roles include 7 years as a preschool and elementary school teacher, 4 years as the education director, and 4 years as an assistant principal. This is her fourth year as principal, and she also serves as the Preschool Director.
Eunice Chung
Titles: Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Director
Mrs. Chung holds a master’s degree in Atmospheric and Environmental Science from Pusan National University. She previously worked as a statistician at the Cancer Center of Howard University Hospital. She joined FCS in 2009 and was promoted to Assistant Director in 2010. In 2017, she became the Director of Operations, and she currently serves as the Chief Finance Officer.
Sharon Thorne
Title: Elementary Director
Mrs. Thorne holds a master’s degree in early childhood education from Towson University, along with an additional 60 master’s-level credits focused on elementary reading, math curriculum, and classroom management. Throughout her career with MCPS, she was a key member of the leadership teams at various schools. She was responsible for creating and evaluating the school improvement plan. Additionally, she played a significant role in developing a PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) system at her previous school and has extensive experience in curriculum development and staff training over the years.
